1. Satisfaction or Refund Policy

OnyxGames aims to provide reliable and quality services.

If you are not satisfied with a service, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the initial purchase.

After 72 hours, the purchase is considered final and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms of Service, or misuse of the service.

2. Server Files and Data

OnyxGames is not responsible for the loss, corruption, deletion, or damage of your server files, databases, configurations, or other data.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We strongly recommend keeping regular backups of all important data.

3. Scripts, Mods, and Custom Software

OnyxGames provides hosting infrastructure and related services.

We do not provide direct support, development, debugging, or troubleshooting for third-party scripts, mods, plugins, resources, or custom software.

Support may be provided for the hosting service itself, but we are not responsible for errors or issues caused by third-party software.

4. Account Registration

By creating an account with OnyxGames, you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Service and any other applicable policies.

You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activity performed through your account.

5. Account Balance and Funds

Funds added to your OnyxGames account balance are non-refundable.

Account balance may only be used for eligible OnyxGames services and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside of OnyxGames, unless explicitly approved by OnyxGames.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

OnyxGames reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service or account involved in illegal, abusive, harmful, or prohibited activities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking, unauthorized access, port scanning, stealth scanning, phishing, brute-force attacks, or similar activities.
• Hosting or distributing files or content that infringe copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited email, unauthorized commercial messages, or using our services for spam-related activities.
• Hosting, storing, or distributing content that is obscene, abusive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or illegal.
• Hosting, storing, or distributing child sexual abuse material. Any discovered content may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Hosting or distributing bestiality, hate speech, scam websites, phishing websites, or other content that is illegal under applicable law.
• Hosting or distributing pornographic or adult sexual content.
• Hosting or distributing lewd, obscene, or otherwise prohibited material.
• Using OnyxGames infrastructure as a CDN or for unauthorized large-scale content delivery or streaming.
• Threatening, planning, or carrying out attacks, DDoS attacks, doxing, or similar harmful activities.
• Testing or attacking OnyxGames' security or DDoS protection systems without explicit written authorization.
• Hosting, selling, or distributing illegally obtained account credentials.
• Using account generators, bots, or automated tools to scan, brute-force, or obtain accounts illegally.
• Producing, hosting, selling, or distributing illegally or illegitimately obtained game keys, license keys, gift codes, hardware license codes, or software codes.
• Any other activity that violates applicable laws or creates a risk to OnyxGames, its infrastructure, customers, or third parties.

7. Enforcement

If a customer violates these Terms of Service, OnyxGames may take any action it considers appropriate, including:

• Suspending the service;
• Terminating the service;
• Suspending or terminating the customer's account;
• Removing prohibited content;
• Reporting illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

Services terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
